Current player has lost the game and is out of the game! The other players continue to play.

Do you owe another player?

Hand them over:

1. All your mortgaged properties
2. Any Get Out of Jail Free cards

The new owner must then:

• Either pay the Bank to lift the mortgage.
• Or keep the mortgage by paying the Bank 10% of its value now.

Do you owe the Bank?

1. Give back all your properties to the Bank, canceling any mortgages.
2. These properties will be auctioned off immediately.
3. Return any Get Out of Jail Free cards to the bottom of the deck.

The game continues until only one player remains.
